Project team and path to positive thinking

The projects for the fall semester are going at a rapid pace, and the pace will only accelerate as the projects progress. When working, one does not always notice when mental resources are dwindling and frustration takes over, it happens so imperceptibly that one may not even notice it before it’s too late.

While projects and doing them are serious things, sometimes it’s necessary to give time for humor, casual discussion, and other fun activities within the team as well. It is not a waste of time at all, but an investment in an even better outcome. A relaxed atmosphere and a good team spirit feed positive thinking and help with future problem solving and stress tolerance.

Of course, a positive attitude towards challenges and problems does not mean ignoring all nasty things, but rather a more creative and optimistic attitude towards problems. You don’t have to be a genius to understand that by taking a positive approach to challenges, it’s easier to find meaningful solutions that don’t seem so burdensome to do.

Although the darkness of autumn is already here and students’ well-being is being tested, the Nordic Simulators project team keeps maintaining positive thinking. The team also encourages others to take it easy and think positively to get the best out of the projects and themselves.

Remember to think positively, even if it may feel difficult, it pays itself back!
