In this post, I’m going to tell you a little bit about our project and its schedule. Our project is a digital marketing and sales project and our client is Lumon International Oy. Lumon is an international company focused on the sale, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of balcony and terrace glass enclosures. In total Lumon Group is operating over 20 countries. Our goal is to find Lumon sunroom distribution partners from Ireland.
Our project started in January with a project kick-off, a client meeting, and making the project plan. In February we looked for possible partners. We have searched from Google, Facebook, and various associations for example. Next, we are going to make a plan for how we will approach the potential partners. In March, we’ll reach out to them via email and phone.
In April we will be setting up the meeting with potential partners. It is possible that some might not be interested at this moment, but for example a year from now they could be. And lastly, in May, we’ll convene a results and gains meeting to showcase potential partners to our client.
