Haastattelu on työntekijän omaan kokemukseen ja näkökulmiin perustuva, eivätkä ne edusta muita tahoja. Haastattelin varhaiskasvatuksen opettajaa, joka tällä hetkellä opiskelee myös luokanopettajaksi. Haastateltava toimii perhekuntoutuskeskuksessa ohjaajana, jossa on ollut töissä viimeiset kaksi vuotta koulun ohella. Sitä ennen hän on työskennellyt päiväkodissa sijaisena.
